Meet Honey Bee, our incredible blind feline companion who enjoys hitting the trails with us! After being rescued from Animals Fiji, she now calls Seattle home, living with her two humans and four furry siblings.
When we embark on our hiking adventures, Honey Bee likes to join us either perched on our shoulders or on a leash. While many believe that dogs are the ultimate hiking buddies, Honey Bee proves otherwise with her love for the great outdoors!
Check out the video below showcasing one of our hikes to Mason Lake, nestled in the scenic mountains surrounding Seattle.
For more updates on Honey Bee’s escapades, follow us on Facebook and YouTube, or visit animalsfiji.org. Just like dogs, Honey Bee has a real passion for hiking!
She adores perching on shoulders and we enjoy taking her on extended strolls.
Honey Bee enjoys the soothing sounds of water while out exploring in nature.
Her adeptness at navigating edges and drop-offs allows her to approach without the risk of falling.
Walking with Honey Bee is a leisurely affair, as she is constantly captivated by the myriad of scents and noises around her.
Just like us, she takes regular breaks to hydrate and have a snack.
When you have faith in yourself, you have the ability to conquer any challenge that comes your way.
