A furry feline disappeared from the shelter during a burglary in April last year, as reported by Örebro Cat Rescue, a nonprofit organization in Örebro, Sweden. It is believed that the cat managed to flee through an open window left behind during the break-in.
Despite tirelessly searching for the missing cat, distributing flyers, enlisting the help of volunteers, and never losing hope, the cat remained elusive.
Prior to her disappearance, a heartwarming video of Pussan was captured.
Yesterday, the shelter got a notification about a cat located 4-5 km away. It was discovered that the cat was actually Pussan, who had been receiving food from an older man. The shelter was thrilled to be able to reconnect with their beloved 9-year-old feline companion.
Pussan, a sweet feline born in 2007, is thrilled to have returned. All she craves now is a caring and nurturing forever home to call her own.
