Method Man and Jack Daw, the dynamic duo of Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society, are like two peas in a pod. These two stray kittens had different beginnings – one from Swansea, MA and the other from Salem, MA – but somehow fate brought them together at the rescue facility in Salisbury. Liz, a volunteer at the rescue, shared their heartwarming story with Love Meow.
Even though they were found in two different places, Method Man and Jack Daw quickly bonded once they were placed in the same kitty condo. Now, they spend their days playing and exploring together, grateful for their second chance at life.
Method, the energetic six-month-old kitten, enjoys being playful but isn’t a fan of being picked up or snuggled. On the other hand, Jack is a bit reserved but craves attention and adores being cradled in someone’s arms.
According to Liz from Love Meow, Method felt lonely and pushed the litter box from the condo above him to seek some companionship.
At the Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society, a heartwarming moment unfolded when Jack eagerly hopped down to greet Method as soon as the litter box was taken out. The affectionate cat showered his new friend with snuggles, instantly forming a strong bond that has kept them inseparable ever since.
