A ginger cat was discovered wandering on the road, resembling a mini kangaroo in his movements. Upon being taken to the shelter, it was evident to the staff that he was without his front legs.
Joey Roo, a charming feline, found his way to the Humane Society in sunny Tucson, Arizona, in hopes of finding a forever home. This ginger kitty was born with a rare condition called radial dysplasia which left him without his front legs, except for a single claw on one of his nubs.
Cortney, learning about Joey Roo’s story (previously known as Bradley) from the shelter, was immediately smitten when she met him. The adorable cat quickly won her over, hopping his way right into her heart.
“It was truly love at first sight. I simply had to bring him home that very same day,” Cortney happily shared with Love Meow.
Joey Roo @joeyrooadventures shared that on his second night at home, he cleverly made his way into the trash can. Despite missing his front feet, Joey Roo surprises everyone with his ability to jump high. His deformity doesn’t hinder his playful and affectionate nature.

He adores being showered with love and affection, always seeking attention and cuddles. Joey’s favorite spot is nestled in his mom’s lap, keeping her company and ensuring she is never alone.
Joey Roo is a fearless explorer according to @joeyrooadventures. Despite his deformity, he fearlessly navigates a 6-foot cat tree, climbing all the way to the top and back down again.
He possesses a lone claw on one of his stubs.

Joey Roo, the adventurous cat, has no trouble using stairs and leaping onto couches. According to Cortney from Love Meow, he also loves playfully wrestling with other feline friends. As the saying goes, where there is determination, there is always a solution.
